Ruth said that Albert Herrarah provided quality service. She noted that there was no promised time given for the completion of the repairs. She said that there was a scratch on her front passenger side door when she received her vehicle. She stated that she does not know who prepared her estimate, and was not informed of the estimate because she paid her insurance's deductible and they covered the remainder of the cost.
