Eugenie said she did not have a good experience at this business, because it took them to 37 days to complete the repairs. There was no promise date given. They had a hard time getting the insurance company to approve a new rear bumper. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them, she had to call for an update. She would recommend them because they are the only Lexus facility, but if there was another location, she would go there instead.
