Janet said this business did good quality work and the work was done much earlier than promised. She said she liked the email updates they provided and she appreciated that the business was able to deal with State Farm. She said the business got them to cover everything with the claim. She was not familiar with the estimate. She did not communicate with this business. When she arrived to pick the vehicle up she was asked by the woman at the front desk if she brought the insurance checks with her. She was not told to bring the checks and she would have preferred advanced warning, but they allowed her to pay with a personal check.
