Terry said he cannot see the repair since it is under the vehicle. They had his vehicle for about a month. He was not aware of what they were going to charge him to fix the vehicle, they may have mentioned this to his wife. They stated they could not get the equipment to fix his vehicle, which was causing the delays. He does not recall how late it was. He had to call for the progress on his vehicle, no one called him to let him know how the repair was going. They had the vehicle for 2 weeks then moved it to the another part of the business for 3 weeks.
