Harold said his vehicle was ready a little over two months later than promised because of a parts delay. He mentioned when he picked up the vehicle he had to take it back the following day because there were a few dents and they didn't to finish the polishing. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because the representative he worked with did not call him once or even let him know when the appraiser went out to check out his vehicle. He was transferred to another representative who kept him updated pretty well. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because they had to go back and readjust it costing him more money. He was not completely satisfied with their communication for the reasons mentioned. It is a good place but some of the employees need to improve their communication with their customers. The body work was great and this is a good place to have a vehicle repaired.
