Spoke with Inez. She said her vehicle looks great. She has no problems with the work done at this business. She did have to call the business after one week because she had not heard from them. After that initial call she had to call the business again to find out the status of her vehicle. She never had interactions with the personnel that worked on her bumper. The only complaint she had was with the front desk area. The cashier refused to take her check that was pay to the order of her and her credit union. She felt embarrassed because on a previous visit they had accepted this type of check with no problem. She could not understand why the turnaround in policy and she did have to pay with a personal check. The insurance company recommended she take her vehicle to another business but she chose to go to this business because of her prior experience with them in which she was satisfied.
