Keith said he rated his overall experience a 2 because they did not repair a dent in the hood on the roof, they scratched his front right panel, and they took an excessive amount of time to get it done. There was no promised time for his vehicle to be ready. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he does not know why. He had to call the business a lot to check on the status of his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the business' communication because of the reasons already stated. He would not recommend this business to others at a service standpoint because of the reasons already stated, but the quality of the work was good.
