Walter said he plans on never coming back to this business. The technicians caused more damage to his vehicle such as denting the driver side door then covering it up with white paint which came off when he rubbed it with his fingers. They did not pay any attention to detail and no one took responsibility for the extra damage done to his vehicle. They just kept pointing fingers at other coworkers. The cracked wheels and cracked bumper were not repaired, and the door was poorly painted to cover damage as was previously mentioned. His repairs should have taken two to three weeks but actually took a total of six weeks because he kept finding more damage when he would go to pick it up. It cost him an additional $400 in vehicle rental fees. He had to keep calling this business every week to get an update on his vehicle because they would not call him. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared the estimate because it was not given to him or faxed to him. He said he felt he was teaching the technicians on how to do their jobs and they have a careless attitude. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
