Steven said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because there is a big large area on his bumper that needs to be buffed out and he did not see it until the sun hit it just right. His vehicle was ready 1 week later than promised because the business had a paint booth down. He booked 6 weeks in advanced to go to this business and it took 10 weeks total to have his vehicle fixed. If he had not been out of town he would have wanted his vehicle back on time. Mike, in service was just wonderful. He had a warm and fuzzy feeling like a teddy bear and even if there was bad news he would make him feel better.
