Nyles said he was dissatisfied with the quality of the repair because on the replaced roof the weld marks can still be seen and there are spots where the painting did not take that are obvious. The paint job was poor. The vehicle was a week late, including the weekend. This was because there was some back and forth with the insurance company, but mostly it was a problem with the wrong parts being used at one point. He ended up paying $500 out of pocket for his rental vehicle because of this delay. He had to call and check on the status of his vehicle. He was informed from time to time when the vehicle moved from one major repair step to another. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because they would not return his wife's phone calls. After he got the vehicle back this continued. He ended up having to go into the business and was told he would have to make an appointment. He was dissatisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel because while they were not discourteous or rude they had his vehicle for almost 2 months and he had expected better work for the time it took. He was dissatisfied with the communication because they did not call back and there has been poor follow-up. Nyles would not recommend this business to others because they appear to service higher end vehicles and he does not know anyone with a higher end vehicle who would be satisfied with this type of experience.
