Pablo said it took a month for this business to complete the repairs. Originally, they had promised to have the vehicle done in a week. They were waiting for a specific type of machinery to put his vehicle up on, and check for other damages. Also, they were really busy while other vehicles were being repaired. It took a while to get to his vehicle because they usually finish that process within a week. There was a little misunderstanding on the paperwork during his experience. He received paperwork from his insurance to give to this business. In regards to, repairing his two front tires. He had asked Drew if he needed to take care of anything before then. He had insurance on tires and went to Discount Tires for the parts. This business replaced the left tire but not the right tire. His tires are under warranty for any damage that happens and can be replaced for free. Drew said he took note of that. However, he stated he thinks Drew forgot to mention that, while his vehicle was being worked on. They thought his right tires needed to replaced and told him there was not any damage. He was never aware of the tire mix-up until they told him. However, he told the employees about the misunderstanding and the tire service was deducted from his bill. He would definitely recommend them. He chose them because they service Mercedes. Also, he was satisfied with all their parts and work as opposed of any other facility.
