Barbara said she was disappointed with how this business handled her situation. She had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her vehicle because it had to be buffed. Her vehicle was towed to the business and the driver was told to park the vehicle in the back. She arrived a couple of days later to bring the keys to the vehicle but no one knew where her vehicle was. She stated she felt that anyone could have claimed her vehicle because the business had no idea it was there. Due to the business not giving her a reason as to why her vehicle was there 6 weeks, for a fender bender, she will not recommend the business.
