Barry said since his vehicle had not been turned on or run in such a long time, by the time he got home, the battery had died and he had to replace it. There was very little damage to his vehicle and even then it took 41 days for them to fix it. He was not given a promised of time but the time it took to complete the repairs seemed weird. During that period of time his wife wrecked the loaner vehicle and he is hoping that the used one they gave him will be covered. They e-mailed him about ten times.
