Sandra said it was very hard to make contact with the person handling her vehicle. The communication was not there and when she picked up her vehicle the license plate was still damaged even though the insurance has approved the replacement. They mentioned that they did not know or have any information regarding the license plate. Her vehicle was a couple of days late but she does not know why.
