Spoke with Audry. She said she was disappointed. She received an estimate over the phone. They took the vehicle right away. The first estimate of $2500 was provided by the affiliated service center, but when she picked up the vehicle the cost was over $5,600 for the repairs. The cost had more than doubled. Jeff from this business provided this amount. Audrey was paying cash and they gave her a insurance discount of $800. There was no explanation of why cost was so different. She had been to this business in the past and it was a positive experience, but not this time. Jeff at was very business like, but was not really friendly. Jeff called and kept her updated. He also sent texts about the process, which she liked. There was such a vast difference in the estimate and the final bill. Israel called to say her vehicle was ready, but when she arrive she had to wait 30 minutes before she could leave. She said if she had know the estimate was so different she would have gone somewhere else.
