Brian said this business did a really good job, but the process was very slow. This business took way too long to repair his vehicle and they did not work well with the insurance company. The business missed a spot on the front bumper that was damaged, so he had to bring the vehicle back a second time. The business never told him how long the work would take and when he went and checked on the website there was not an estimated time. He was not kept informed during the repair process and he had to call and ask how his vehicle was doing. He said someone would usually call back, but the repair tracker website had very little information, so it was hard for him to tell what was going on unless he called the representative at the business. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because the quote was about $4,000 off. He said the representative thought the estimate would be $4,000 but the bill was $9,000. The repair was delayed partly because the insurance adjustor had to come back to inspect the vehicle again to get another estimate and it took forever. The accident occurred on October 26th and he got the vehicle back on January 11th. This business did a good job, but the work took a long time and the communication was not good. He said it seems like this business does a good job.
