Spoke with Craig. He said he rated the overall a 2 because it took 2 months to get his vehicle back. He also had to do the entire calling to find out the status of his vehicle and every time he had a problem he was told some crazy stories. Just one example after he took his brand new vehicle off the lot he called and spoke with one of the mechanics about one tire had low air pressure. He said oh that's just the way the pressure gauges reads on the tires. When he had a nail in his tire the whole time. He has to bring it back in because he thinks some wrong parts were put on and it was not cleaned.
