Monique said the work was supposed to take 2 weeks, but it took 2 and a half months. They caused some damage to her vehicle while it was at the facility. She said at first said told her they didn't do it, but she had taken pictures of her vehicle beefore she brought it in which showed they had done the damage. There were two parts delays that delayed the work further. She wasn't happy with how long the repair took. She said she wasn't satisfied with way she was treated by the personnel and the communication could have been better because she had to initiate the calls to find out what was going on. She would not recommend this business for the above reasons.
