Rafael said he rated his overall experience so low and was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because he did not like how the paint work came out. His vehicle is back at the business now because it looked like a bunch of trash was in the paint. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process he only received one call from the business to tell him his vehicle would take 3 weeks. He was not satisfied with the business's communication and would not recommend this facility to others because of the reasons already stated.

We have spoken with Rafael and he has requested a new survey as he was emotional at the time he took this one. He said we have done a good job responding to his requests and that he would like to retract what he said.
