Spoke with Caroline. She said she would rate her overall experience with the business a 3 because they were going to renew her inspection sticker, and her service advisor could not do it. He forgot to tell his manager so he could help him and so it never ended up happening and she has to go back for a second time, and it is inconvenient for her. She also said her vehicle was not ready when promised because the business was too backed up on work. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she had to call the business in order the find out the status of her vehicle.

Unfortunately the service department did forget to replace the state inspection sticker after they had performed the work. They have since offered to pick up the vehicle at Caroline's convenience to replace that sticker.
