Dennis said he had to reject the work they did 6 times before they did the job correctly. The issues were only resolved to his satisfaction after it escalated with the manager. His vehicle was returned 2 months late for the above reason. He would not recommend this business for the above reason. He said this business is high-end and the representatives don’t have any pride in the quality of their work. He expected the work to be done right the first time and he could have brought his vehicle to any other business down the street to get a better repair. The first time the vehicle was in horrible condition and they told him they were having problems with labor. He said he didn’t care about the labor issues they were having and he expected them to do quality work. This business could serve him better by doing a quality inspection before they wax the vehicle. The wax hides a lot of imperfections until it wears off.
