Zhendan said her vehicle was a few days late because there was a miscommunication between this body shop and her insurance company. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel because they were rude to her and looked at her foolishly. She said it was not a pleasant experience. In addition, she was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the rental car company because they gave her a vehicle that had the heat broken and she was not allowed to trade it for another vehicle. She was not satisfied with the communication because they did not listen to her. She would not recommend this facility to others because of this experience.
