Linda said she was not happy with the length of time it took to repair her vehicle. The work took 5 weeks. She said Brock was wonderful. He told her there had been problems getting the right part for her vehicle. Brock kept her informed about what was going on. She was very frustrated. Her insurance was only good for a month. She told Brock they should pay for the last 3 days and they did. She said they were wonderful. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be. The communication was great. Brock gave her updates everyday. He was good about explaining things she didn't understand. She was pleased with the repair. The vehicle looks like new.
