Peggy said she has a Smart vehicle. This business had to order her parts from overseas. That took longer than she anticipated. She was not too thrilled about that. Her vehicle was rear ended. They fixed that quickly. During the repairs they found where a piece of wood hit underneath. Her air conditioner was messed up. That had nothing to do with the wreck. They fixed that. She had to take her vehicle back to them because there was a rattling in the dash and the electric mirrors did not work. The representative jumped right on it. They did their best to fix the issues and get her out the door quickly. The situation was not to deliberately make things harder on her. They came through in the end.
