Veronica said the reason she rated a 3 for overall is there were just a few minor things like it took a long time for parts to come in even though her vehicle was ready. Her drivers door lock didn't work either but other than that it was fine.

Veronica's door lock cylinder needed to be lubed so that it would not stick, so we took care of that. The delay in parts was due to the insurance figuring used parts, we persuaded them to pay for new parts but that took some time to accomplish.
