Andy rated his experience a 2 because they had his vehicle for 3 weeks before they did a bit of work to it and originally the promised time was 2 weeks. He said they sent him emails but these really didn't tell him anything and had no real information. He said the personnel was not very helpful and didn't show any concern. Andy did email them and didn't get much of an answer and because of these reasons, will not recommend them.

The entire repair on Andy's vehicle took 3 weeks and we were unable to give him a promise time due to hidden suspension damage and parts delays.
