Diane said her vehicle was ready three weeks later than promised because they left her vehicle out in the lot and it got hailed on. When they were repairing the vehicle from the hail, the part they received was damaged so it was a long process until it was finished. She was not completely satisfied with the shop's communication because she had to call this business a few times for information regarding the status of her vehicle. When she received her vehicle there were settings that were off from how she had them. For example, the temperature is set on Fahrenheit. Also, her windshield has a scratch in the tint that was not there before and they agreed to fix it for her.
