Amazing experience!
A few weeks ago I was involved in an accident where my car was totaled. I was not happy about having to replace my car and was avoiding the fact that we needed another car soon. I was hesitant to go to a dealership, but had a good experience at Parker Toyota in the past and knew I wanted a Toyota. When we arrived we were greeted by Jayce. Right away I felt comfortable with the process. My husband Brian and I told Jayce what we were looking for, our price range, and what was important to us. Jayce was absolutely amazing. He always looked at what was in our best interest and showed us numerous options that would fit our family and budget. He is hard-working and honest. Since we have a 15-year-old who will be getting my husband's old car we will be buying another car in the near future. We will be going to Parker Toyota again and will be requesting Jayce. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! We will be telling all of my co-workers and friends about our experience (don't take time off Jayce...LOL!) I do want to mention that Shawn from finance should get some recognition too. He was fantastic at being thorough and explain everything to us.
