Fast, Informative Service While You Wait
I have been coming to Patrick Hyundai since I purchased my Tucson there 7 years ago. This time I decided to wait during the oil change. They have re-done the service waiting room and installed work stations with convenient access to outlets. I brought my laptop and was able to connect to Wi-Fi and get some work done while I waited. In today's day and age when everyone's schedules are busy, I thought "I don't have time for an oil change and to wait in the waiting room." But, in less than an hour I was in and out with an oil change and a car wash PLUS a part that was replaced due to a recall. Fast service, comfortable and convenient waiting room. The awesome espresso machine is a plus, with many different coffee options (Dunkin', Starbucks, hot chocolate, etc.) The staff and service team are friendly, as always.
