In addition to the above once I got my car back, I soon realized that both my glove compartment and trunk compartment had been rummaged through. I was not aware that part of the inspection required removal of one or more of my tires. I have wheel locks on my tires. Instead of asking me where the wheel lock key was, the tech went through the car looking for it. Items that were in the trunk compartment were removed and left in the trunk in a mess. A similar situation happened with the glove compartment. This would have been unacceptable behavior under normal circumstances. Now that we have been under a national health emergency, it’s even more unacceptable.
And at the end of the day, my car is not inspected.
