"Taken Advantage Of !!!"
Scheduled 100K service 1week ahead of time. Dropped car off at 8am. didnd get car back until noon next day. Put other customers in forn to of my work. They just lost a good customer. Will never recommend!!

The work that your vehicle required called for our primary technician's expertise.  Unfortunately, he was tied up with a previous job that unexpectedly spilled over into the following day.  When we learned that this was going to affect the timeliness of completing your 100k mile service, we contacted you immediately to notify you of the situation and offered you a loaner car to drive as long as your needed. After declining our offer, we mutually agreed that keeping the vehicle over night was the best way to ssure that the work was done thoroughly. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and feeling slighted, hoever; sometimes things happen that are out of our control.
