I take my Hyundai to Penske Hyundai regularly for an oil change and minor service as needed. It only takes a short time and I leave satisfied. I know that my car is in good hands. Good dealership service department.

Geat experience
I love my car. I was so sad when it broke down but not it's been repaired and it drives like new. And to be honest it drives better then other high end cars. So yeah. I love my car!

Super Service
I took my 2016 Elantra in for an oil change on 8/9/19 but after an inspection, found the rear brakes needed replaced. I left my car with the dealership and used Lyft service to get to work but Penske reimbursed me for the expense. I had a coupon for brake service so I saved a few dollars. Service manager Renee was so nice and accommodating and I just appreciate the great service I always receive from Penske.

Last minute oil change.
I was in the area and stopped by to have my oil changed. I was told that it would take an hour to an hour and a half which I thought was reasonable seeing I had not made an appointment. There were several customers in the waiting room so I was surprised when I had my keys in my hand in less than an hour.

I been with Kearny mesa service department since i bought my car 4 years ago a change of mind happen due to a phone call i made for up coming service the general things at its timely mileage and the person on the other end was so rude and it was not the first but this time i had enough google a new service department made appt and i was just wowed i was greeted by the most friendly person the facilty was so clean and very organize kearny mesa seem disorganized and people all over the place also Christian was awesome frendly and make me feel comfortable he went into details of the service and i also had a list of recommendations that kearny mesa gave me to do on my next service to find out half of them was not needed at this point i was so wow and warmed by the honesty i had to call my brother that just left to japan for work told him all about my new experience and he replied by stateing thats the kind of service he need he will be makeing a appt to your service department soon has he return from Japan

Best and cheapest oil change for my genesis 5.0
Made an appointment and got a full synthetic oil change for less than Pep-boys quoted me. Don't trust outside shops to do some of the work on my perticular car because it's so rare and they have never seen one let alone worked on one before.
