Bad communication and Long wait time
My daughter recently took our family vehicle in for an oil change and a factory engine recall. We made the appointment at 7:30am but her car didn't get into the shop until after 8am. No one came and checked in on what was going on or why everything was taking so long. Once I made her go up the the serviceman (after 8am)- he told her he didn't know what the recall was or how to fix it and gave her a list of other things to get done totaling over $1,100! She didn't get out of there until almost 9:30am after only getting an oild change and tire rotation. I bought this vehicle brand new from this same Phil Long and have taken it ONLY to this dealership for 9 years. They may lose my business if they don't fix their problems with communication, timing, and overall service.

Repairs completed
Phil Long replaced my faulty transmission but updates on the progress of the repairs was sporadic. It took a longer than anticipated to get my car back but that was not Phil Long’s fault. Hyundai had a back log on the transmission which prevented the dealership from completing their work.

Disappointed
When I picked up my Tuscon, I didn't realize it but they had opened my new bottle of windshield washer fluid and filled my reservoir with it. Unfortunately, whoever did this did not put the cap back on the jug and what was left in the jug spilled out onto the floor in the back seat. I didn't notice this until the next day when my purse was completely wet inside and out and damaged due to the washer fluid. I was very disappointed with this. I am willing to give them another shot, but hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We use the w/s product front stock that is from a building hose. i spoke to the tech and they said they wouldnt have any reason to yous a bottle. i do appolige aging for the servive.
