Your team in the service department is in desperate need of customer service training! I've been coming here since 2015 and I've never had a good experience within the department. Jan is very nice, but can come off a little "I'm too busy for you." I literally waited by her desk for 5 minutes and she never came out then when I went into the main show room area by the desks a gentleman was stuffing his face with food and clearly saw me but never addressed me. This has been ongoing and is very disappointing. Please consider training or hiring those with a successful track record in customer service as your return on investment will be well worth it.

Best Service and Warranty beats all discount places in town
brought in my Sonata fo a " Real" lifetime brake service at a great price also, while in the shop Gregg Ceballos, Service Advisor performed an all around check and found a maintenance issue that I had expressed a concern about. Turns out it was covered under the best warranty in the business, not only did it save me over $1000. , But Phil Long Service also provided a rental car at no charge.. Best service I have Ever had with any of my cars over the years. I will definitely be taking all of my cars to Phil Long Hyundai of Chapel Hills and I highly recommend Gregg Ceballos and the Service department for their excellent customer service and commitment.

I haven’t been to a dealership in over a year because my last experience left me financially stressed and ended up having to get rid of the vehicle. Honest service, helpful staff. Definitely will be back.
