"Great Service Department!"
I brought my Sonata in for 2 different recalls at the same time. The recalls were explained to me, and after speaking with Wolf Knickerbocker, I understood what was to be done and the time it would take to do it. Service was actually finished quicker than I expected, and Mr. Knickerbocker kept me updated along the way. Great work!

I never have a long wait when making a appointment and they are always friendly and helpful when I go in for service. They check everything and let me know what I need or will need or just that every looks good. I feel like my time and my service is appreciated when I go in. The wait is never a issue either and I don't feel like they overlap their appointments. I am pleased with the service and I love my car.
