never again will I go there
I will never visit firestone again the manager was rude.and they tried to con me into buying new tires. When I didn't need them if that is the way you are going to treat costomers well you know were you can go

The company that inspected your car clearly explained to you why your car failed inspection. The tires simply failed. Thread ware indicators are the best source of tire failure on thread depth. Pictures were also taken of the bald tires. We work diligently to keep the public safe.
