Leigh said the service was horrible and she was very dissatisfied overall. She went for an oil change, but they checked the coolant instead without her permission. After removing a piece by the coolant, she was told her vehicle needed a new sensor. She told them she didn't want a new sensor. When he went to put the piece back on, he dropped it in the engine area and looked for about 45 minutes to an hour. He couldn't find the piece. Instead of telling her he would replace the piece, he told her she could go up the street and get the piece and then he would install it. When she returned, he was on a cell phone sitting down with his legs crossed and didn't end his call until she escalated her voice. This was very unprofessional behavior and she decided to take her work elsewhere.

No doubt that the mechanic checked the radiator fluid as we always do. We check everyone's fluids as a courtesy and refill them free of charge with our service. When we the cap came apart, we purchased a new one and replaced it at no charge to you. At all times we were professional and when you returned because your check engine light came on, we checked it free of charge. We also explained, if after you take your car to the dealership, we will pay for anything that is our fault.
We absolutely stand behind our work.
