Christina said she went into this business for an inspection. She was told she needed new tires, rotors, brakes, tire rod and an engine mount. She found this suspicious because her vehicle passed the inspection without having any work done. She wondered how they could see all that without going under the vehicle. She asked how she needed new engine mounts and was it because she had hit something. She was told that it was just regular wear and tear. She had work done on her vehicle three months prior to this visit and the service center she had gone to did not mention any of these things to her, even though the work they did was major. She added she would recommend this business to others for oil change or tires but not for major work. She stated that her husband has used this business before and had a good experience. She will go back to the other center to verify these repairs are actually needed, then she can evaluate the integrity of this business.
