hyundai info input system
the service was very good. only problem was when Mark tried to put in info on the portable computer he had to attempt it 5 or 6 times. this is not the first time this has happened when I bring my car in. Seems to take much, much more time then your old system did.

Pleasant and Respectful Service Visit
I am very satisfied with my entire recent service experience (oil change and tire rotation). One of the main reasons I feel this way now, and for my previous visits, is because of Mark Melchor. He is consistently welcoming, attentive, genuine and professional. He answers all my questions fully and with respect. He also keeps me posted on the status of my car during my visit. I notice he treats all customers this way.
