Joe said they matched the paint perfectly and everything was really good. He was not given a promised date. He was not kept informed but they had it a week. He showed up and it was ready. They did a good job. He did not handle the estimate.

Charles said his experience was pretty good, and he was satisfied. He has taken the vehicle back because there is some rattling going on they didn't catch, and he had to test drive it. There was no promised time, but the repair was a little slow. They had to order the parts, but this was not an inconvenience to him. Todd was awesome, and on point, and did everything he was supposed to, and they're all a good group of people.

Lydia said the staff at this business kept in touch with her via email and text message throughout the entire repair process, which she appreciated enormously. Her vehicle was returned to her about 3 days later than what initially was promised due to some framework not mentioned in the estimate so they had to repair this.

Richard said he asked the employees at this business for all of the old parts from his vehicle, and he did not get them. As of now, he is satisfied with the quality of the repair. It looks okay but he will find out later if it needs further repair. He dropped his vehicle off on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. They had the parts for the repair because he already paid for them, so there was not much need to be kept informed. He chose them because he owns a Ford vehicle and it has 5,000 miles on it.

Regina said Steven, an employee at this business, helped her out a lot. Steven was very helpful and friendly, he did everything he could to make her happy. She noted that they found some additional damage, but it was very minor. The repair was only 1 or 2 days late, which she found to not be a big deal.
