Spoke with Willamae. She said she was kept more than adequately informed during the repair process. She was more than satisfied with the business's communication and that was the part that she liked the best. The young lady that was assigned to her, whose name she doesn't remember, was excellent at customer service and communicating with her. She was very apprehensive about the repair process and how she was going to get to and from work and she was kept updated and the turn around time was great.

Spoke with Brenda. Brenda said Sandra was not a completely satisfied customer because she was not satisfied with her overall experience and she would rate her overall experience with a 1. Sandra said the whole experience was not good. Sandra was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because both the body work and the paint work were not acceptable. Also, the vehicle was not ready when promised and it was two days late, due to poor communication. Brenda was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. They called some, but not enough. Sandra had to call a lot to get updated. Therefore, Sandra was not satisfied with the shop's communication. Because of her experience, Sandra was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel. As a result of this visit, Sandra would not recommend this facility to others.

Brandianne said her repair service was completed one week earlier than promised. She was absolutely kept updated during her repair service. Donna performed a great job with the thoroughness of the prepared estimate, and she handled everything for her. The representatives were extremely nice, professional, and they went above and beyond for repair services. They fixed some things on her vehicle they didn't have to fix. She appreciated the additional repair services. One of the reasons she chose the business for her repair services, because she is familiar with the way they handle repairs, and she knew she could receive Toyota parts. Everything regarding her auto body visit was handled professionally, and they made the experience an easy experience. The accident was a stressful experience, and they really provided good assistance.

Spoke with Jerry. Jerry said the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate, did an excellent job. He will be bringing another vehicle to the business for repair services this week. When he had estimates performed on his vehicle. The business had 1 of the estimates in the middle. As a result, he opted to bring his vehicle to the business for repair services, because their estimate wasn't the highest or the lowest.

Ms. Wilkerson said, it was a wonderful experience and the lady there was so sweet, and the fellow she worked with was so nice. Everything was easy. It all went very smoothly. She even had a rental and there were no problems at all. She has no complaints and her vehicle looks brand new. The location was also handy for her and she wants to thank them.
