Spoke with Brett. He said he was frustrated while having his vehicle repaired at this facility. He brought the vehicle in to have a door handle replaced. Brett asked a representative at this business if he should wait or drop off the vehicle and come back later. He was told if he waited it would take 45 minutes to replace. He was not kept informed because 2 hours and fifteen minutes later someone had noticed him and told him they had to order a part for a radio that had been recalled, which they had already fixed. He had no knowledge that there was a recall. There was no communication and they had forgotten he was still there waiting for his vehicle. He had to bring the vehicle back again for the door handle. He said the sales department was great but not the service department at this business. He takes his vehicle for service because it is the only business in town who services his Hyundai. This business did pay for a rental vehicle for the day he brought the vehicle back in for the door handle replacement. He wouldn't recommend the business to others because of the reasons mentioned.
