Karen said the first week no one called her with any information. She did not even know if the insurance company had approved the claim. Once she got a hold of Cody, he was great. He was friendly and returned her calls. He got to the point and was thorough. It took one week longer than promised because they found additional damage and it took awhile for the insurance company to approve the repairs.
