Susan said the work was not perfect but it was not bad. There are still spots on the glass all around her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the quality of work because of the spots that still remain and she cannot take the vehicle back to them because the insurance company will not cover the spot removal. She was told her vehicle would take two days to be repaired so she asked for a loaner. She was told by this business they could not provide one. She contacted Toyota Care and they told her she was entitled to a loaner for repairs that would take more than one day. She went back and told this business at which time they told her the vehicle would be ready that afternoon. She was not satisfied with their communication because they took almost two months to accept her vehicle saying they needed a check from the insurance company. She contacted the insurance company in January and was displeased to find out this business had already been paid but they had not even contacted her to bring her vehicle in. She finally got the vehicle in for work in February after the initial consultation in December.
