Floyd said the vehicle was delayed because the business found additional damages once the repair process was started. He chose not to comment on the length of the delay. He wasn't kept informed during the repair process, and he had to initiate the calls. He wasn't satisfied with the business' communication because they didn't provide information on the status of the repair as promised.
