Iry gave a 1 rating when it comes to his satisfaction with the overall experience because this business didn't tell him they are not able to work on the Direct Television system. The job wasn't done right. He ended up calling Direct TV himself and they were able to get the system working for his motor home. This business doesn't know enough about Direct TV and yet, he still got charged about 400 and some dollars for it. They did a good job with the other repairs. No promised date was given as to when he could get his recreational vehicle back. The issue about the Direct TV wasn't communicated well. He doesn't know the name of the insurance agent. He's coming in to this business sometime today.

I have met with Iry and talked to him about his concerns. We have made an appointment for his coach to be brought back in and we will address his concerns for him.
