Mary said her service was great, however she only rated her overall experience a 1 because of the last 5 minutes of the service. She said while she was waiting for her service to be complete, she was watching the news and a salesperson came in with a child and turned the tv to cartoons. A few minutes later someone else came and changed it back to the news, then the salesperson came back and turned it back to cartoons. The salesman turned to her and said the child's parents were purchasing a motor home and she told him she was waiting for hers to be serviced. She also said she felt like her service was not as important as the parents that were making a purchase and the salesperson treated her that way.
