Richard said that he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience due to the fact they did not thoroughly check the television and stereo system. They only checked the stereo, so when he got the RV his television still was not working, he ended up replacing the HEMI cable. He was not completely satisfied with the quality of service work performed on his RV for that reason. Scott was very helpful and informative.
