William said he was not completely satisfied with the sales staff because he was left alone many times during the process of the purchase. He did not know what had to be done next, because his sales person was away a lot and was not helpful. The sales manager was rude to him as well. They paged his sales person 4 times, but he did not return. He asked if they could contact him on his cell phone, but he still took about 15 minutes to return after they contacted him via cell phone. He was not satisfied with the financing because they did not provide all of the documents needed to bring the vehicle into Canada. It took them 3 hours to fax all the documents needed. He was not satisfied with the delivery of the vehicle for the reasons already stated. He would not recommend them for the same reasons. He did say the service department was top notch, they spent 2 hours familiarizing him with the vehicle. They could have served him better if they provided all the correct documentation before he left for the Canadian border.
