John said he gave the 2 because it seems the work is not done correctly or completely each time he goes here. Yesterday he picked up his RV that had been in for service and the carpets had not been cleaned like he asked, so he had to wait another 1 and a half hours for that to be done. The communication problem was that the carpets should have been cleaned on the visit prior to this one. John said that each time he goes here it cost him $40.00 in gas because of where he lives. Yesterday's trip could have been avoided if the carpets had been done last week like he had asked for. This is just one of the things that makes him not want to recommend this business.
